It focused primarily on patients who were discharging and those who had just been admitted. For example, I made sure therapy or equipment was set up for someone about to discharge or ensured that mandatory family training or education sessions for recently admitted patients were scheduled and confirmed.

Make it a habit to create a list of priorities for the next day before you leave work. This simple practice ensures that you don’t forget anything crucial and helps you hit the ground running the next morning. Here’s how you can do it:
